The WV Board of Veterinary Medicine (Board), at its January 4, 2024 Board meeting, has rescinded their stance for permitting a non-licensee to do dental floating (meaning to file or rasp the teeth to reduce the sharp edges and make the surface smoother), wolf tooth removal, and an oral exam.
